The room is very clean, modern and youthful color scheme. Soft pillow bed, compact area, cozy. I chose because I like the view of the building with full glass windows, because I sleep in a place that is not a house, so I need light and airy. Staff on duty 24/24, quick procedure, free drink voucher at the counter. Extremely satisfied and will be back ^^

The room size is large, comfortable, and clean. But there is no complimentary tea or coffee in the room, only plain water. The staff can speak English but it is limited, yesterday we had a miscommunication saying early check in at 10 am, but it turned out they meant 12 pm. The breakfast options are VERY LIMITED, not suitable for a 4-star hotel. The location is right in front of Hanoi Train Station so if you get a low floor, you will definitely be noisy from the sound of the train and its horn. We were lucky to get the 17th floor so the noise was only a little audible.

I'm quite lazy to give a review, the hotel is so good that I have to review it. Except for the room being a bit small (I don't care too much about this), everything else is great, the staff are super nice, the room is beautiful, not in the traditional hotel style, in the smart room style, because it's a smart hotel, the bathroom is very clean, when you step into the room you're satisfied right away. Next time, wherever I go with Sojo, I will definitely book it.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. I really like the modern design and amenities in the room (especially the automatic curtains). The staff is friendly and enthusiastic, especially the room attendant who always asks me what I need. However, the breakfast does not have many choices and is not very delicious.
