Overall, the experience at this hotel is quite good, the location is very central, near the city beach, within walking distance. Room facilities are okay, relatively clean, everything is a bit old. The price is a bit higher than usual due to going during Tet.

Fantastic Stay at Starlet Hotel. I had an excellent stay at Starlet Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. The food, especially the buffet, was amazing—delicious and with a great variety of options. I stayed here by chance, because I had just arrived in Nha Trang because the old hotel had no rooms, so I had to temporarily book this hotel because it was right nearby. But the experience here was more satisfactory than expected, the rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic, and extremely helpful.

Tất cả các phòng đặt qua app thì đều có phần mô tả phòng tắm có bồn tắm. Tuy nhiên, lúc mình đến thì không có. Mình đã liên lạc với hotel để được hỗ trợ nhưng họ nhất định nói trong mail app gửi không mô tả. Hotel cứ check hết các phòng trên app xem mình nói đúng không nhé. Đề nghị hotel và app cần check lại và làm việc thống nhất để không gây bất lợi cho khách hàng. Hotel tuy có hồ bơi nhưng khoảng chiều 5h mình có nhu cầu tắm thì lại đang súc rửa pha clo nên cũng không bơi được. Buffet tuy có món á âu nhưng khá mặn với khẩu vị mình, cf thì nhạt không cảm nhận được. Xe khách sạn đặt thì cũng khá xuống cấp và gara xe đóng mở liên tục khá bất tiện (có thể do vấn đề an ninh nha trang không ok) nên mình khá thất vọng về việc trải nghiệm 1 thành phố biển thế này. Cá nhân mình sẽ không bao h quay lại nha trang.

Mình ở tầng 11 WiFi không được tốt lắm, ấm nước bị hư, đèn bàn cũng không bật được, điều khiển máy lạnh thì bị hết pin. Xung quanh rất ít chỗ bán đồ ăn. Tuy nhiên thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, khách sạn lại gần biển, có hồ bơi sạch sẽ.
