The service is too bad. When I came here to check in, they said that room I have booked was out of slot and they intended to transfer us to another homestay though I had already called to confirm and showed the receipt. After conflict, they agreed to allow us get the room I have booked. Despite the coldness in Da Lat, hot water is very poor. We had to suffer from the condition of no hot water in the whole first day. Finally, the worst issue was that I forgot to get my Identity Card when I checked out. When I came back Ho Chi Minh City, I contacted the homestay to get it back and they said that they would send it to me but after more than 10 days I have not gotten it yet although I called to the homestay several times in that period.
