As noted in the photo, because the hotel apologizes for the unprepared incident because of the lack of check and reservation, I accepted. But the second night did not clean the room and the guest replied wifi with the waves but could not connect, so it was changed to the guest room for the third night and the room was cleaned. The fourth night (ie December 26, 2018) the hotel did not clean the room. I am a customer and use hotel services provided by the website and paid. This hotel is like this to force guests to cancel their rooms and lose their payment. And yesterday I emailed the status of the service at the hotel to the website. Hope to quickly resolve this situation.
