Chính sách trẻ em: - Tối đa 1 (một) em bé dưới 6 (sáu) tuổi nghỉ cùng giường với bố mẹ không tính phí. - Trẻ em từ 6 (sáu) đến 11 (mười một) tuổi phải trả phụ thu theo qui định của khách sạn tại thời điểm nhận phòng là 100.000 VND vào ngày thường và 200.000 VND giai đoạn Lễ Tết cho mỗi bé - Trẻ từ 12 tuổi trở lên sẽ được tính như người lớn. Child policy: - Maximum 1 (one) child under 6 (six) ages sharing existing bed with parents without surcharge. - Children from 6 (six) to 11 (eleven) ages sharing existing bed with parents shall be charged VND 100,000 and VND 200,000 during public holiday or Tet per child upon check in. - Children from 12 (twelve) years old shall be charged as adults.

phòng có ghế sofa rất dơ, có nhiều vệt màu trắng trên sofa trông như chất nhầy gì đó để lại. Tivi thì hư hỏng không sử dụng được. Bàn trang điểm thì gãy. Nói chung trang thiết bị nội thất trong phòng thì không ổn tý nào

Dirty linen. I asked front desk to change but they refused. The view Which I booked was not matched. They charged extra for the view that I wanted. They have never changed linen so watch out. They don't even clean the room. Hair are everywhere in bed, underneath bed.

I book a room here on October 10-12. The place was too bad, stayed here for 2 nights without cleaning the room, didn't change towels for my room, the room was dirty, the floor was viscous. When I rented a car, I just borrowed a car to buy some personal items and was charged an additional 25 thousand. I am really disappointed with this property and I will definitely never book a room here again.

The homestay possesses a wonderful view down to the valley. This place is cute and best choice for the young who like trekking. Location, decoration, hospitality are good points. But it needs better maintenance cause many things in the courtyard and garden are getting old and broken.
