The Poppy Villa & Hotel

The hotel is too old, dirty, smelly. The mattress, blankets and towels smell of bleach, no elevator.

Room is alright, there are just some dirty spots here and there. Bed is comfy. One of the receptionists is very helpful as he helped finding my missing earring :)

No extra blankets when moving in, okay location, old and smelly common space, nice furniture and balcony. Smelly appliances

The room was not really clean, the bathroom still had a lot of unwashed hair, the bedside lamp could not be turned on. Late check out 1 hour and 30 minutes, pay 30% more than the room rate.

There is no elevator until the 5th floor, there are children in the house, pillowcases must be told to the receptionist to change them and waiting all night. disappointed

Mình thuê 2 phòng ở đây đều có vấn đề. Phòng thì bị rò rỉ nước, phòng lúc đầu thì bị hỏng vòi nước, sau mình được đổi phòng khác thì bị nhỏ nước ngay xuống giường ngủ.Mình có nói các bạn nhân viên thì các bạn hỏi là lễ nên chưa sửa được. Nhưng mình nghĩ vấn đề này đã xảy ra từ trước lâu rồi. Khách sạn ở Hà Nội mà không có thang máy, rất bất tiện cho mẹ bầu và các bạn nhỏ, vì thang bộ rất tối, nhỏ và bậc khá cao. Điều hoà của phòng thì ồn và không được mát. Vì mình book thuê 2 phòng, được đổi 1 phòng, nên được trải nghiệm 3 phòng trong tổng 5 phòng ở đây. Đây là lần đầu tiên mình book phòng tại travel mà mình thất lọng như vậy. Ai có nhu cầu ở thì nên tham khảo rõ ràng. Được vị trí khá là tiện để đi lại trong trung tâm thành phố, nhưng thật sự phòng mang lại cho mình rất nhiều thất vọng.

1/ extremely old building. 2/ no housekeeping service. I had to clean the room myself. 3/ old, moldy and dusty room. Hotel lack the appropriate care and maintenance. Not deserve should money

Thật sự rất bẩn, hình như không lau dọn bao giờ, bụi bẩn khắp nơi, sợ thật

Nước hôi mùi dán, cầu thang bị mục nát vịn tay bị dăm vào tay rất đau, phòng ốc đèn điện tối nhìn mù mịt gây cảm giác sợ hãi nói chung là tệ

Không có thang máy, sảnh, cầu thang xuống cấp, thảm rách te tua. phòng tối tăm, mốc, cực kỳ bụi bẩn

Big room, good decoration! However the owner should re-new the stair!

Phòng ở tầng 5 nhưng là thang bộ nhung khach hàng không hề biet trước dieu nay. Cầu thang dốc đi bộ lên tới nơi mệt xỉu. Trên đường đồ đạc lung tung. Trải nghiệm khá tệ nên mình chấp nhận bỏ tiền để đặt qua khách sạn khác!

Phòng ẩm mốc, mọc nấm luôn, tường bong tróc, toilet nhỏ, ĐẶC BIỆT là không có thang máy, thang bộ rất nhỏ...

Everything is fine, except for the stairs, if anyone brings suitcases or a lot of things, it will be a disaster :(

The door was broken but didn't notify me in advance, I came to check in at 2 o'clock to report that it needed to be repaired until 4 o'clock. The staff member directed me to another branch but did not tell me in advance that the room on the other branch was on the first floor, next to the parking space and the door while I booked a room with a balcony. So I waited until the room next to me ordered the door repair. About 4 o'clock I called to ask if it was fixed, but the staff member said it was fixed but did not call to notify me but let me call? As soon as I went to my room to open the door, the snail at the door flew out 🙂. The room has soundproofing but the water heater has a real problem because sometimes it squeaks like someone is opening the door, making me sleep in anxiety!!! And the shower is also broken.

Bất tiện ở cái không có thang máy, phòng ốc nhìn chung khá ổn, rộng rãi & sạch sẽ. Rèm cửa buổi sáng hơi chói nên dậy sớm. Yên tĩnh

The room is large and beautiful and has a balcony, but I do not know the hotel does not have an elevator, so the book on the 5th floor is a bit extreme. Another very annoying thing is the room is so many mosquitoes, I can't sleep because of so many mosquitoes ... Hope the hotel side will improve this.
