Wonderful hotel, luxurious experience and great service. I have no complains about the stay. The view of the walking street was great, and I could see Bitexco tower from my room. Central location right on the walking street, and there’s a cinema nearby for late night movies. Concierge was friendly, they helped with the luggages and restaurant reservation. The hotel also has a “pillow menu” from which you can choose from a variety of pillows. TV channels were sufficient. Minibar offering was good. Bathtub and bathroom view were fantastic. There’s some noise from the ongoing music festival, but that stopped around 11pm and did not disturb my sleep at all since the King bed was so comfortable.

Don’t have much time here, but all was good. Our room was musty, but as we arrived late, we didn’t not tell staff. We thought it would dissipate, but it did not. We will tell them when we check out.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous! I highly recommend it on every level. All the personnel speak excellent English my room was superior to many I’ve stayed in before on the same level. The location is exceptional and the breakfast was superb.!!

A really beautiful property with excellent staff and service, s as nd a really central location, they did have a problem with moisture control on the 30th floor (not sure about other floors) our sheets were damp on the 1st night there appears to be no extraction, they did install a dehum which in one day would fill the tank with about 3 lt of water, overall did not impact our stay too much, but for such an upmarket hotel is something that needs looking at for future guests. We were looked after very well. Decor is amazing.

Easy access right out the door to main shopping/dining/ historic of Saigon by River and Ho Chi Minh Statue. My room was beautiful with huge panoramic view. True 5 star, nice pool, fitness center and staff was very friendly and above Ave for this level of hotel. Definitely recommend it to all

I am very impressed with customer services, from check in, doorman bellman, housekeeper and waiters/waitress at the restaurants. They made me feel very comfortable, super friendly and care. I love the "Pillow menu". I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will stay here if we come back to Saigon.

The staff and facilities were excellent. The location is probably the best in Ho Chi Minh City with shopping and restaurants close by.

Excellent location for walking to all major scenes of Sài Gòn. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to making sure that their guests are happy and comfortable. This is my second times staying at this hotel and I will come back again if I visit Vietnam.

So disappointing.
This hotel thinks it’s glamorous, but it’s actually really kitsch and tacky. The decor is atrocious – it looks like a McMansion that’s been done up by someone who once saw some snapshots of Versailles.
The staff are lovely, as they are everywhere in Vietnam. But the basic facilities are really badly lacking. The WiFi is so slow it’s practically unusable – in order to join a video conference call, we had to walk round the corner to the Sheraton, where the WiFi is more than ten times faster (I’m not exaggerating - 50mb/s compared with 4mb/s). For some reason the bar and the lounge have horribly bright, glaring lighting, making you feel like you’re in a supermarket. And the TV in the room is really dated and doesn’t offer casting or streaming services.
The rug in our suite appear to have just been washed. It was still wet and smelled really bad.
When we checked in, instead of being shown straight to our room, we were first shown the most expensive suite in the hotel on another floor. Why??? To make us jealous? Or was it a crass attempt to get us to pay for an upgrade?
And we weren’t offered a free upgrade, or any other perks that had been advertised as included in our deal.
We had just come from the wonderful Banyan Tree hotel in Lang Co. The Reverie was a BIG step down.
