I have nothing but praise for this hotel. I did six weeks in Vietnam – nine different locations/5* hotels – and this was my absolute favourite. Everything is just stunning !!

This hotel is a GEM!!!! I'm so glad that I booked this hotel! This hotel gives a very welcoming feel right from the moment I arrived. Friendly staff and they all spoke good English. The breakfast spread was fantastic. In short, this is nothing less than any 5-star hotel. The only shortcoming of this hotel is that there's another building which has come up right in front of the hotel so the sea view is now blocked with just partial sea view left and the construction sight isn't great (with trash etc) when you look out of the window.

A magnificent hotel that is definitely worth a visit! Modern, spacious, and extremely comfortable, with an impressive entrance. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is truly delightful. Sehr schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider aber sehr laut. Man wird jeden Tag bis 00:00 mit Musik vom Beach Club beschallt, der Bass lässt alles wackeln, die Fenster isolieren leider nicht gut.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Zeit in der Ha Long Bucht. Das Hotel hat uns eine Private Speedboottour organisiert und es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Vielen Dank an Phat. Die Zimmer sind modern, gross und durchdacht eingerichtet. Der Spa und Poolbereich ist ebenfalls sehr modern und das Personal sehr engagiert. Für uns wars eine gute Zeit in Ha Long.
