great location, convenient to go anywhere bathroom faucet can't be adjusted, always has 2 faucets running at the same time door doesn't lock automatically when closing the door to go out, due to long time no maintenance, only found out after 1 night out, can still get in without swiping card otherwise everything is fine

Everything was fine until check out, the hotel said the room was missing a cloth bag to hold dirty clothes, and asked the guest to pay! While the guest did not take it and did not know where the bag was! The guest also said: "I thought it was a leather bag, an expensive bag and you said it was lost, but here is a bag to hold dirty clothes and you asked the guest to take it!" Instead of imposing behavior, the hotel could print the name and logo on the bag or hat as a souvenir and marketing gift for the hotel, but this is not handled tactfully! Not worthy of 5 stars.

The hotel is located right at Ninh Kieu wharf, a walking street, so it is very busy and convenient to move around. The hotel is beautiful and fully equipped. The room is cozy, fully equipped and furnished. The staff is quick and friendly. The breakfast buffet has many dishes, is diverse and especially delicious.
