•Guests who planned to book a stay at Vinpearl including Vietnamese and foreigners arriving from overseas need to Provide health certificates proving they are free of Covid-19 virus, issued by health authorities of Vietnam or originating countries within 2 days prior to departure date, or medical certificates of completion of 21-day quarantine period in Vietnam issued by Vietnam authorities. Guests who can not provide the documents as mention above, will be required to sign an agreement to commit to the quarantine period of 21 days at Vinpearl. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Health and Government of Vietnam, before commencing the period of stay previously booked. All costs associated with the quarantine period are paid for by guests. Vinpearl have the right to refuse guests who do not sign the quarantine agreement and will issue the refund where applicable. •During this period, Vinpearl have the right to provide guests’ information to coordinate with the authorities to prevent and control the coronavirus pandemic (Covid-19). Extra bed and Surcharge: Only one extra bed is allowed in one room. Villa room does not have extra bed. Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents. Additional charges will apply for children 4 years and over. Please contact the property directly for more information. Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults. Up to 2 children under 12 years old are allowed to share a room with parents, and 1 extra bed must be booked at an additional charge for 1 child if 2 children share a room with parents. Extra beds depend on the room you choose. Please check the individual room capacity for more details. There will be a compulsory fee applied for Christmas and New year Gala Dinner. Villa Room only supplies King bed. A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old. When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup. Each villa room has a different number of occupancy for children. Please contact the property for further information. Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out. The room rate does not include tickets to VinWonders and Safari. Customers need to provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hrs prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.
