New hotel and rooms, beautiful, clean, spacious. The space is very chill, fully equipped for the whole family (stove, cups, chopsticks, spoons,...). There is a private parking floor. Recommend everyone here!

Booked a room with extra money to have a city view, but when we arrived, we changed to a room with an alley view (the money was already in the bank in advance). When we called to inform them, the manager said there were no more rooms upstairs so we changed to another room. Then the manager did not pay for the room when we changed to another room.

The room is new and clean but the bathroom smells because the toilet is not aligned. Your host's support is a bit slow. But basically it's clean, the room is okay, I hope the host will fix it soon.

Poor customer service. - Room: Spacious, airy, clean, comfortable, quiet. However, the glass door can be seen from the outside and has no curtains. Very inconvenient for couples and families living inside the room. - Location: Secure area, near the lake, suitable for relaxation - Hotel: Overall, it is an apartment for rent, after 5pm guests have to go through the basement to get to the room! Reasonable price, can stay long term because of full amenities.

I arrived at 2pm and had to wait to check in because the room had just been cleaned, but when I entered, there was still hair on the bed and floor, and the hygiene was not clean. Other amenities such as the toilet and drain were stuck and water was stagnant, very uncomfortable. The attitude and amenities were all sketchy and unprofessional.

Nền phòng bẩn, quạt trong phòng hỏng, trong phòng vệ sinh không có nước rửa tay hay xà phòng rửa tay. Phải thanh toán tiền gửi xe riêng cho bảo vệ khách sạn nhưng ban ngày không cho đỗ, tối lại báo khách tự đi tìm chỗ đỗ, lễ tân chỉ làm giờ hành chính nên để liên hệ được để sắp xếp được gửi xe rất mất thời gian, công sức, đợi gần 1 tiếng mới được gửi xe nhưng trong tình trạng nếu khách khác có nhu cầu di chuyển thì bất kể mấy giờ mình cũng phải xuống để di chuyển xe do bảo vệ chỉ cho mình đỗ chặn lối đi của các xe khác.

Hotel is in quiet, clean area. Around has everything you may need and just 10 minutes walk to West lake. Room was not fully clean, I had to request to clean again. Staff was nice, but not so details, example: Receptionist didn't share wifi password, I didn't notice then I came down to look for her & found this pass stick on counter. This should be shown in the room for customer convenience or staff should inform at check in time

Vị trí khá đẹp gần cửa hàng tiện lợi, hồ tây. Nhưng quá tệ khi mình book phòng có bồn tắm nhưng đến thì lại không, không liên hệ được số điện thoại của lễ tân. Phòng không có WiFi. Ngủ trưa thì sửa nhà khoan đục ở tầng trên rất mất giấc ngủ.

Nice room, upgraded room because the room we booked was sold out, but the security guard was a bit picky and annoyed with us. Everything is nothing to criticize, I just hope the guard will be more comfortable.

I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the room was on the first floor, the only way to the back was an alley. When I told the receptionist again, I received a green answer that "that's the balcony." labour". And when I asked to change rooms, I received the answer that there were no more rooms, that was the last room left. It's like paying to stay in a balcony room but there is no balcony. The soundproofing of the room is very bad, you can clearly hear the sound of the elevator and drilling from the house next door. The bathroom door also has a broken lock that has not been repaired. The blanket also has stains that cannot be removed. As for the location, there is nothing to criticize, near West Lake, there are enough supermarkets and convenience stores around. The building is also very beautifully decorated. If you stay in the right room with a balcony on the upper floor, it is really beautiful
