Who is eligible for this plan?

FWD Cancer Insurance eligibility is listed below:

A Vietnamese citizen and currently living in Vietnam;
Have no income from the United States or from company based in the United States or subject to U.S. taxes;
Policyholder is between 18 - 50 years old at the last birthday;
Policyholder is the same person as the Insured.

What’s Not Covered

Your claim will be deemed invalid and the benefit will not be paid if:

The Insured is infected with HIV or AIDS virus;
Before or within 90 days from the Effective Policy Date or the most recent Reinstatement Date, the Insured is found to have any cancer. Cancer is considered pre-exisiting condition and therefore excludedwill be denied claim when the Insured has had a history of cancer with symptoms, abnormal signs of cancer kept in the medical record, or examined and examined by a specialist, including testing, diagnosis and treatment.

How to claim

Submit your claim Notify FWD Vietnam within 30 days as of the date the cancer is diagnosed. The deadline for submitting a claim is 12 months from the date on which the cancer is diagnosed, except in cases of force majeure or good cause approved by the FWD Vietnam.
