Coupon valid for all hotels and room types, depending on each hotel's policy

This coupon can be valid for hotel bookings via Traveloka app, web, depending on specific conditions of the coupon

The number of coupon is limited, depending on specific promos and the right to adjust the quota belongs to Traveloka. The program may end earlier then expected without prior notice.

Traveloka reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.

The coupon does not apply to Pay At Hotel payment option.

Each customer (using 1 phone number, 1 email, 1 credit card, and 1 device) can only use coupon 1 time during the promotion period.

Valid for transactions in VND only.

The coupon is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Traveloka reserves the right at any time to blacklist identified customers who are deemed to have violated the promotion terms and conditions or have misused the coupon, from using future Traveloka coupons.

Misuse of promotion is defined as any event in which Traveloka believes the use of the promotion was in error, fraudulent or done for commercial gains.

Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement coupon that are discontinued, cancelled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
