To participate in the program, customers are required to apply the code FREETRAVEL at payment step when booking Flight, Hotel, Xperience to South East Asia countries from 500,000 VND on Traveloka.Â

Customers are allowed to apply the code for multiple bookings.
•
This code can be combined with other coupons.
•
Winning evidence is defined as Booking ID automatically generated from Traveloka system when customers place the booking and sent to customers’ email after payment is completed.
•
Winners are identified by Booking IDs with the last digits matching the predetermined numbers from the program.
•

The prizes will be announced via minigamevn@traveloka.com to the winners’ email used in the booking.

Expiry date of the rewards is addressed in detail in the terms & conditions of each reward but the shortest usage duration is 1 month after the delivery date.
9. Other terms and conditions

Each customer (using 1 phone number, 1 email, 1 credit card, and 1 device) is eligible to receive 1 reward during the entire program. In case bookings of 1 customer satisfy multiple prizes, Traveloka will deliver 1 prize only based on the earliest booking.
•
Traveloka reserves the right to reject reward to winners in case abuse is detected. Abusing behaviors include, but not limited to:
•
Making booking without payment or canceled payment more than 5 times within 7 days before the winning booking; or
•
Any behaviors associated to hacking, attacking or intruding Traveloka system Â
•
Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement e-voucher that is discontinued, canceled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
•
Customers will be accountable for their personal income tax incurred if any for the prizes they receive.
