Each customer (using 1 phone number, 1 email, 1 credit card, and 1 device) is eligible to receive 1 reward during the entire program. In case bookings of 1 customer satisfy multiple prizes, Traveloka will deliver 1 prize only based on the earliest booking.
Traveloka reserves the right to reject reward to winners in case abuse is detected. Abusing behaviors include, but not limited to:
Making booking without payment or canceled payment more than 5 times within 7 days before the winning booking; or
Any behaviors associated to hacking, attacking or intruding Traveloka system
Traveloka will not be liable to offer a replacement e-voucher that is discontinued, canceled, or used improperly whether due to fraud or technical issues.
Customers will be accountable for their personal income tax incurred if any for the prizes they receive.
