Our service is only applied for 3 transport purposes:

1. To get a COVID-19 vaccine.

2. To take a COVID-19 test.

3. To go to the hospital.

⏰You need to book this service at least 12 hours in advance. It’s possible to request reschedule from 3 hours before the departure time and service cancellation before 24 hours (free of charge).

❗❗❗Besides, these additional papers will be required for eligible rides: A copy of the passenger’s ID & a copy of appointment documents from relevant authorities.

📝Car Rental Terms & Conditions:

•

The rental is open daily from 06:00-18:00 only.

•

Rental is not available night time during 18:00-06:00.

•

After the booking is issued, the operator will contact the passenger to request additional documents: copy of passenger ID & copy of Appointment letter (for COVID-19 vaccine/test from hospital/lab/authority) for verification purposes given it is a special requirement under lockdown period in HCMC during the active of Directive 15th and 16th.

•

Rental price include vehicle, road fee, gasoline, and driver.

•

Rental prices exclude driver's meal and driver's accommodation (for multi-day trip). But passenger don't have to pay as it is responsible by the car rental provider.

•

Rental price include for service area District 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10, Binh Tan, Tan Phu and Thu Duc.

•

Service area in Học Mon, Nha Be, Binh Chang District, will occur extra charge 200,000 VND/trip. Service area in Can Gio, Cu Chi District, will occur extra charge extra 400,000 VND/trip. For additional surcharge, customer need to prepare to pay extra cash directly to the provider.

•

If the pickup/drop off point for the rental car or the usage is outside the stated areas or in different location from the reservation, additional charges may apply.

•

Customer must inform the car rental provider if the customer wants to change the pickup/drop off point or the rental area.

•

Any changes on the pickup/drop off point or rental area will be subject to additional fees determined by the car rental provider based on Traveloka’s price list.

•

Traveloka shall not be liable for any additional fees incurred from changes made by the customer.

•

Customer must be responsible for any damages caused by themselves intentionally or accidentally including but not limited to damaged car seat(s), spillage, stains on vehicle, scratch, etc.

•

Traveloka will not guarantee the driver's knowledge, including knowledge of roads, speaking foreign languages, etc. The appointment of the driver is the sole discretion of the car rental provider. Traveloka would not be liable for any complaints regarding the driver appointed by the car rental provider.

•

Special request is subject to availability and confirmation by the car rental provider. The car rental provider has the right to decline - In case of the unavailability of the reserved vehicle, customer will receive a replacement vehicle in the same class/type or better.

•

The car rental provider has the right to refuse the customer if the total number of passengers exceeds the seat capacity of the rental car reserved by the customer

🕛Overtime:

•

Customer shall be responsible for fees outside the basic service, including but not limited to overtime and entrance tickets to venue.

•

Daily usage is 4 hours. Overtime fee will be charged when rental duration exceeds 4 hours on each rental day, with the following conditions:

•

VND 150,000/hour for Sedan and SUV

•

For additional surcharge, customer need to prepare to pay extra cash directly to the provider.

❗Cancellation Policies:

•

For any cancellation over 24 hours before the pickup time: free of charge.

•

For any cancellation within 24 hours before the pickup time: subject to a cancellation fee 100% of the paid reservation amount.

•

Cancellations are not applicable for cars labeled “non-refundable”.
