1. Why did my Basic Points, & Priority Points disappear?
- Your Points didn't disappear, but rather being consolidated. In an effort to simplify Points for your convenience, we’ve merged the two types of Points that we have —Basic Points, & Priority Points — into one as Traveloka Points.
As a result, it’s now easier for you to collect Points because all of what you’ve earned will be stored in a single place.

2. Will the Priority Points I earn and use affect my Traveloka Priority progress after 24 June 2024?
- No. After 24 June 2024, Traveloka Priority progression will be based on Priority Stars you earn after each transactions.
Your Priority Points will be streamlined to Traveloka Points and using this points will not affect your Traveloka Priority tier calculation. So you can use Points without worrying.

3. What happen if i havent updated my Apps after 24 June 2024?
- You will see your Priority Points will be unified as Basic Points, while app ver 5.00 onwards basic Points will be updated to Traveloka Points.

4. How to activate the Points that I've earned? When will my Points expire?
- It depends on how you earn the Points. If it comes from transactions, then your Points will be activated 7 days after booking is completed (used/consumed). While Points from other sources will be active immediately upon earning.
You can redeem Points before its expiration date, which will be 3 Month - 1 years after it is active.

5. Are there any particular limitations and/or special conditions when redeeming Points?
- Yes, there are several conditions that must be met to redeem Points during transactions, which are:
1. You must have min. 1 Points to enable redemption
2. Points are redeemable for these products: Flights, Hotels, Bundle, and Travel Activities

6. How do I earn Points? Are there any particular limitations and/or special conditions to earn Points?
- Here are some ways to earn Points:
1. Complete Flights, Hotels, Car Rental, Airport Transfer, Bus & Travel, and Travel Activities transactions on Traveloka
2. Make use of cashback coupons, bonuses, partnerships, and conversions from loyalty programs outside of Traveloka
3. Play games on Traveloka's Reward Zone, completing missions, and taking part in referral programs
Also, make sure that you logged in to your Traveloka account before completing the activities above. Otherwise, you won't be able to earn Points.

7. What can I do with my Points? How to use it?
- There are several things that you can do by redeeming Points:
1. Enjoy direct price cut when transacting on Traveloka
