Unfortunately, no, you are not able to reschedule your booking before the payment has been completed. Instead, you can cancel the booking for free while the Free Cancellation period is active and make a new booking.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply between the Traveloka entity contracting with You for a transaction ("Traveloka" or "We") and Traveloka customers who make purchases on the Traveloka platform ("You" or "Guest").
By accessing, using, and making accommodation reservations with the Pay Near Stay Date method, you are deemed to have read, understood, understood and agreed to all these Terms and Conditions, as follows:
1.1. Pay Near Stay Date is payment method option for accommodation reservations on Traveloka, as follows:
1.1.1 Pay Now; and
1.1.2. Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date.
1.2 Pay Near Stay Date is only available on Traveloka’s website and app version 3.80 and above.
Pay Now is a payment method in the Traveloka platform where You must complete the payment right after booking an accommodation reservation within the specified time limit. If payment is not made within the specified time limit, Traveloka has the right to cancel or ignore Your accommodation booking process.
3.1. Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date is a payment method on the Traveloka platform where You can book accommodation and make payment on the due date determined by Traveloka.
3.2. Traveloka will inform you of the payment due date through the Traveloka platform and/or the accommodation reservation Voucher ("Payment Date").
3.3. If you choose the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method, You cannot use the following features:
3.3.1. Redempt or use Traveloka points;
3.3.2. Use Traveloka coupons or accommodation coupons;
3.3.3.Add insurance; and
3.3.4. Credit card payments with installments.
3.4. If you choose the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method, before the Payment Date You cannot reschedule Your order or amend Your booking details (including but not limited to, changing Your room type or stay period).
3.5. Payments using the Pay Nothing Until A Certain Date method can only be made using a credit card or Traveloka PayLater.
3.6. Payment Using Credit Card
3.6.1. When you make an accommodation reservation ("Booking Date"), if you choose to use a credit card as your method of payment, you will be required to enter your credit card information.
3.6.2. Traveloka or third parties appointed by Traveloka have the right to verify Your credit card.
3.6.3. Charges for accommodation booking fees will be automatically made on the Payment Date.
3.6.4. You must ensure that your credit card limit is sufficient on the Payment Date.
3.6.5. If on the Payment Date, there is a payment failure either due to a credit card system error or your insufficient credit card limit or due to other reasons, Traveloka will automatically cancel your accommodation booking so that the accommodation voucher that has been issued will be invalid.
3.6.6. You can cancel the reservation before the Payment Date, free of charge. If You cancel after the Payment Date, You may be charged a cancellation fee as referred to in clause 3.6.7 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.6.7. You can cancel or reschedule accommodation bookings after the Payment Date, subject to cancellation fees or schedule change fees as specified in the voucher.
3.6.8. In the event of cancellation or reschedule, the accommodation voucher that has been issued will be invalid and cannot be used.
4.1. You are prohibited from in any way taking advantage, which in Our sole discretion, is done fraudulently, unreasonably and/or in any way that We consider abuse of the Pay Near Stay Date feature.
4.2. In the event that We believe that You have violated the provisions of this article, We reserve the right to: (i) conduct an investigation of the alleged abuse; (ii) request You to make compensation payments for all losses suffered by Traveloka, or other related parties in connection with such fraudulent acts and/or (iii) take other actions deemed necessary by Traveloka.
5.1. For the avoidance of doubt, the definition of "Accommodation" in these Terms and Conditions may refer to any form of accommodation property.
5.2. You hereby agree to release Traveloka from all claims or compensation caused by your negligence or your delay in canceling the reservation before the Payment Date.
5.3. If one or more of any provisions in these Terms and Conditions are declared invalid, contrary to law or unenforceable by regulation, then one or more of these provisions shall not affect, cancel or eliminate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions.
5.4. Traveloka reserves the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Please read carefully and always check this Terms and Conditions page from time to time to monitor any changes. If you continue to utilize and use the Pay Near Stay Date feature after the changes, then you are deemed to agree to all changes in these Terms and Conditions.
