Pls don’t buy from here as they never state no adults and i buy 11 tickets and when i reach there all only for kids! And i have to buy new tickets again! Means i kena double! And they don’t let u refund! Is like scammer! They shouldn’t sell ticket here if there is no more adult! Logically think la, how 11 kids go play water without adult!!!!????????

It is worth 1 time to visit this place. Overall, a satisfying experience.

Ticket was easy to redeem, but was told that we can't bring any water bottle inside (like entering airport's gate).

Checking ticket need to show IC or other identifier. It should be when we bought the ticket online, all the detail will be given. So that no need to wast time in the checking ticket counter. For me I do not brought the IC in in view of the safety. So it is take a long time for me find the identifier from the phone. Other else, my daughters enjoy n happy . Thank you for the joy experiance

Good value for money if you plan well. The combination of water play, nature, relaxing hot springs, plus evening entertainment made it a full-day adventure...

The environment is very harmony and relaxing. The best safe heaven to explore. Petting zoo is a must, we were surprised that they had capybara too. Worth for money for all day passed till 11pm.

But we have to bring extra pocket money.. Atleast rm100 per person. Mineral water 4.50 500ml bottle Food per set atleast rm10 and above. Hp cover forgot to bring buy sma rm50 Tuala forgot to bring buy sma rm50 Etc again if you want to spend.. Food and drinks are many sna. (no outside food je) Tgk Hantu rm10 Tickets are very worthwhile.. Morning entry can play until 11 pm. Anyway i will be back again. Tq traveloka 😍😍😍u use mytrip convtn.

Lost World Tambun is very interesting to visit for families who bring children to play in the water, learn about the stars and several game rides.

The tickets purchased on this platform is good value for money, bought the full access to whole park and spent the day together with friends. Easy to redeem, just show the voucher to the counter and exchange for the ticket. Trustworthy website/app Staffs, pool attendants, and rangers were helpful and friendly to point directions or assist. Restrooms were clean Some unpleasant experience during the trip: 1. Not allowed to bring in our own water bottles containing plain water. You either have to keep in your car or pay RM5 for a small locker outside the entrance. 2. Food and beverage is super expensive, but taste was not up to par (e.g: RM4.50 per mineral water). 3. The staff with piercings manning one of the FnB stall (Captain's Treat - yogurt ice cream) was extremely rude and uses a bossy tone to customers, doesn't smile nor even say thank you after payment. But she was laughing, using a friendly and flirty tone when speaking with a male staff :) 4. The official Lost World of Tambun website was not updated with the pricing of the locker rental rates or tube rental rates. As of now, there's only Small (RM25) and Large (RM50) lockers, no Medium. Tube only have Double Tube, no Single Tube. 5. If it rains heavily on that day, all activities will be halted and tickets are non refundable :) 6. Amusement park rides were too little, its the same as more than a decade ago when I visited as a kid. Some areas of the park (e.g: an area of the hot springs) was still under renovation. Didn't get to see the hippo as advertised. 7. No segregation of genders in locker rooms, including no special area for disabled people as well. We witnessed a disabled child on a wheelchair had to cramp through the narrow hallways of the lockers with his parents. Overall its was a fun experience and memory created. Improvements for the shortcomings as stated above should be made given the price we pay to enjoy all the amenities and services.
