Walking around Eco Active Park is very comfortable, the atmosphere is cool, clean and all the staff are very friendly, exchanging tickets online is also easy

The staff was very friendly, but I was a bit confused about finding the main entrance because it was so crowded during the school holidays. I ended up going through the side entrance, but I had to go to the main entrance to exchange my tickets, so I had to go back and forth.

The school holiday was closed by visiting Eco Active Park, many new things and new rides, there were several animal shows that were shown, but unfortunately we missed the show. Next time will definitely come back to this place.

I really like it here, the place is spacious and worth it, it's better to buy a regular ticket than a pass if your goal is just to see the animals, especially if you bring kids, it's enough to spend time going around, if you rent an electric bike it's really expensive at 150 thousand, the snacks aren't too expensive, starting at 10 thousand even though the portion is small, buying animal feed isn't too expensive either, between 5 thousand to 20 thousand, overall I'm really satisfied coming here 😁👍

Quite exciting, suitable for children to learn. There are 2 entrances. If possible, both can serve bracelet exchanges. Because online ticket purchases, so there is no need to go around if you go to the wrong door.

The staff is very nice, I was confused about where to exchange the ticket but they really directed me to my destination. There are many information boards so it's really safe hehehe I entered at 11 and left Eco Green Park at 2 o'clock. I really enjoyed the rides, it's really educational.

location staff assists with ticket exchange & ticket bracelet installation the playground and photo spots with animals are more numerous than the last time I was there. maybe the suggestion is that the level of cleanliness of the glass in some animal spots can be improved. thank you

I like it, it's not too crowded and clean, it's not too long so it doesn't get tiring, haha

friendly and helpful staff...prices for animal feed are cheap....the downside is that if you buy food or snacks you have to pay in cash...it's hard to find one that can accept QRIS...hopefully in the future they can adapt to technological advances...

So far it has been very easy to buy tickets because there is no need to queue, only that Eco Active Park tickets cannot be redeemed at the main ticket counter of Jatim Park, they must be redeemed at the Eco Active Park gate counter, so we had to walk quite far from the hotel where we were staying at Pohon Inn.

Highly recommended with affordable price and maximum experience.

Even though you order tickets online, the ticket exchange process is very easy, plus the staff are friendly and kind and supported by many facilities that we can enjoy for FREE without having to pay again.

The rides available provide an impressive experience for visitors, especially children.
