The staff is very nice, I booked on traveloka and used 4g to turn off email, the staff here supported another email and then checked in successfully

I went on 11/11/2024. I don't know why it was quiet that day so most of the games were not open. I went on the sunwheel without having to wait for anything and the scenery was very beautiful, so I should try it.

Attentive staff, tickets bought on traveloka are much better than buying at the counter, can play all the games except the haunted house

The worst puppet show I've ever seen, irresponsible business, when it rained they scanned tickets for customers to enter, customers sat waiting to watch, the show was canceled and they refused to refund the tickets, not even a word of apology. Irresponsible business, people should not buy tickets to support this puppet show. The stage did not have a roof, when it rained a little, they did not postpone the show but canceled it, they looked down on the customers. I complained and Dowtown also resolved the issue but it was very vague, last year I went to Asia Park and was very satisfied, this year I was disappointed, the good games were all closed for maintenance.

Exchanging tickets is very complicated, the counter staff told me to go to another address to exchange tickets, when I got there they said they could not exchange tickets anymore, I had to contact another person again, very time consuming. Overall it's bad, best to go straight to the counter to buy tickets. The game is almost out of maintenance.

1 of 7 tickets I booked got error. The All In One but could not use the Sun Wheel. It took time to fix but the problem was not solved. The are 5 adventure games were out of service.

Had to run back and forth to get the ticket, went to 360 2/9 street and said the ticket seller was off work, the park staff said they didn't know, irresponsible attitude Bought 7 tickets but 2 were wrong, every time I played, it was really hard, the staff was very cumbersome to resolve, took 30 minutes just to wait to "ask the manager", children and the elderly stood waiting, tired and lost interest The park is open from 5-10pm but the lights are off and it's pitch black Overall, not worth the money and the experience was bad from the ticket exchange to the playing.

The park is so big that my legs are tired :)))) The scariest ride is Queen Cobra, oh my god =)))) 86s scared the hell out of me. I read that it's the longest hanging roller coaster in Vietnam. I thought it was normal, but after playing it, it was abnormal. The other rides are relatively ok. Haven't played all the rides yet, but buying the combo means you can sit and watch the whole city from above. MUST TRY

not so crowded when we came, so we can enjoy all the ride though the distance from one ride to another is a bit far but overall we had so much fun here..

The staff is enthusiastic, attentive and very lovely. It's just a pity that all 3 outstanding adventure games have stopped operating, it's really disappointing 😭

Beautiful and clean, recommended to travel and visit

Tickets can be exchanged online, so it's convenient. I went during the April 30 holiday, so it was quite quiet, I didn't have to queue for any rides. The whole park had about 20 guests.

Buying tickets online is convenient. You should go at 3 o'clock to be able to play the games until evening.

very fun and beautiful, although many areas are still under maintenance, there are still many games worth trying. Hopefully the park will launch more games
