The staff service at the location was very friendly and helpful in the ticket exchange process.

Exciting and fun. Although the trip to Uluwatu is quite long since we're on a motorbike, try buying tickets on the app to avoid waiting in line. And choose a time around 6 PM to catch the sunset.

Chaos when queuing up for the show. No organisation, everyone crowding around trying to get into one gate. Bit of a safety issue. The show kinda made up for it. 5 mins of Kecak was probably enough. The fire dance was the highlight but short. Saw a monkey steal a guys cap and not give it back. If you’re in the area then go, if not you could give it a miss.

The show was so much fun!!! Atmosphere/Facilities: Very good, but also very hot because it was directly in the sun. Service: Friendly, but they didn't inform you that tickets could be exchanged for mineral water. It's better to buy tickets online to avoid the long lines. Cleanliness: Okay. Highlights: Watching the Kecak dance while watching the sunset is so much fun. Price: Worth it.

Maybe you could create a line for each queue so that no one overtakes you when you're already in the queue at the entrance.

At that time the weather was already cloudy from the start, my suggestion if that was the case, raincoats could be distributed when exchanging tickets, because if they were distributed before the show started it would be a bit chaotic

a very good and enjoyable performance, the audience was given a flyer containing the storyline of the Kecak dance so they could understand the meaning/content of the dance. The location is quite far, so it is recommended to come early, because the number of seats is limited so you can get the best view to watch.

Hi! Online ticket exchange is very easy and there is not much queue, I started exchanging tickets at 16.00 for the 2nd session show at 19.00. Because of the large number of kecak dance performance enthusiasts, inevitably starting from 6-7 o'clock, the queue in front of the arena gate was already starting. Not worth it in my opinion for the price of 150 / person with this show. There should be a maximum capacity for each show so it is not crowded and provide a better waiting area. Because 1 hour before the show, people have started queuing in front of the gate and standing not to mention still waiting for the audience who took pictures with the dancers for session 1 for a very long time so that the audience for session 2 waited only for people to take pictures.
