It's better to go to GWK in the afternoon because the weather isn't too hot....at 6 PM there's a free Kecak dance performance...it's just that you can't watch it with a sunset view like in Uluwatu...and at GWK there are guys or girls who help take photos so you can get cool photos....

The facilities and rides are well maintained.

It's just giant statues nice for selfies, but little about Bali culture and the people. Very babylon tower-ish; beautiful, tall but for what purpose..? What baffled me the most is how the place is explained as a sacred water source but we couldn't drink the water at all, very comodified.
