Lovely experience and loved the pandas.

the staff at the ticket office is very rude and unhelpful. they made my trip terrible from the start. the zoo isn't much better. many empty exhibits and you walk very far to find that put. lastly they have the saddest aquarium you'll ever see. huge fish are in tanks where they can't move. its just sad to watch. i'd say this play is rated a skip

The staff are really helpful and thoughtful.

Many animals are sleeping, probably full. It's until noon. The weather is hot, most are hiding, otherwise they sit far away. If you go in the morning it's ok. The staff is ok and friendly. The food prices are bearable. An experience for children. You can see and get to know the animals more closely and realistically.

It's fun, and it makes it easier to enter Zoo Negara. Overall, I'm happy.

My son (4 y/o) really enjoyed the Children World where he can touch the animals there.

The place is very spacious and clean.. but I was disappointed because I bought a ticket to see the pandas but the pandas were empty.. it would be better if the information was updated immediately on this application.

Went on 23/11/25 World Children's Day.. Alhamdulillah it was made easy, the way to redeem tickets was also very easy. There were only a few people. Because it was Children's Day. BTW the kids were also very happy to get a ride near the national zoo., I was just sad that I couldn't meet pandas Chen Xing and Xiao Yue.
