The slides are really fun, the swimming pool is clean and the staff is helpful.

Cleanliness is lacking in all the rides and there is no staff to supervise the rides, especially for children. There is no one to supervise them. For those who want to swim here, try to bring a towel because at this price you don't get a towel. If you want one, you have to pay again. It seems like a pretty good experience here.

Wahana lungsuran yg menggunakan ban tidak dapat digunakan. Batas tinggi air kolam kurang semua jd klo mau selungsuran sakit pas nyemplung kena lantainya.

I paid in full for the Waterboom facility which was only partially operated on the grounds that maintenance was decreasing. I am not fair because paying in full but with inappropriate facilities should be given a discount or discount

The place was overpriced, but since there are not many waterparks in Balikpapan, the position of the park is quite good. The only staff that is friendly is the receptionist in the front. Renting towels and gazebo service is quite slow. The water level is only half the capacity. During lunch hour all safety guards left. Need a lot of improvement. But the food is good. Not many choices, but it was good

Good place for swimming to our family, all the employee polite, a lot of guard around the swimming pool, make all the people happy to swim. Just advice beg for the floor in the wardrobe area and clothes to be coated with anti-slip rubber because it is very slippery for all the people after swimming.
