The staff at the location are friendly, the gondola rides are very safe and the place is clean.

Several times to Ancol, but this is the first time riding a gondola with family. It was a fun experience, and the price is cheaper than buying it at the counter directly. There is a height limit for children, above 85 cm will be charged. Before riding the gondola, there is a 3D photo ride. Interesting.

This is my second experience taking my child to ride the Ancol gondola. The ticket exchange process is very easy, just show the QR code purchased from Traveloka to the officer at the counter and immediately get a physical ticket. My family and I visited Ancol during a long weekend (Thursday, June 26, 2025) when we rode the ride the conditions were not too crowded so it was very comfortable and conducive.

Night Bliss is not as crowded as the regular one, no queues. The night view is really nice from above.

we went Gondola at non peak season, so we didn't get any crowd there. the experience was joyfull, we took the day time Gondola (there is night bliss one for night riding), enjoying Ancol Beach and all around for about 40-50 minutes above. we love it much!

It was so much fun to ride the gondola, the staff was friendly and the gondola was clean. It was really good 👍
