For whatever reason, it was really exciting 😭😭😭 I want to go back again, there are still so many rides I haven't tried, the ticket scanning process is also not complicated, just scan it, no need to fill in any data, basically, it was amazing.

The waiting time was short and fast. The crowd control was good, and it had different languages. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The staff provided excellent service at every service point. It was crowded, and during lunchtime, the queues for the rides were at least an hour long. We had to change our plans and come in the evening, which was much more relaxed and chill.

Booked the party of 4 play and dine package for Disneyland. Please read the fine prints clearly that there is only two dine packages peg to the general admission tickets. Clever play of words there. Meal voucher allows you to redeem up to hkd 160 meal. The meals in the quick service restaurant is quite decent. The portion is big and value for money. And you can just top up any extras. It is the 20th anniversary and the shows are really nice. Worth the visit. Do read up on the show times so that you won’t miss the shows. They have different timings for the photos with the characters. A sad thing is that they don’t tell you the time period, just a very brief time of 2 hours. So advise to go to the character spot early to avoid disappointment because they will just close the queue after a certain time. Overall it’s a good experience at Disneyland. Download the app for ease of navigation and update on the schedule.

when around 16.30 my child and I were about to watch the Disney parade I received a very unpleasant and very impolite treatment... I was shouted at by 2 security staff (he told me to put the stroller I rented on the sidewalk) in a high tone even though the Disney parade was still a long time away... I did not accept the rude treatment of the two staff because they spoke in a tone that seemed to be teasing me... and they called security to scare me and witnessed by my 6 year old child... my child was traumatized and cried... is this treatment appropriate to happen in the Disney Land arena? where Disney is a play area to entertain children but we received such inappropriate treatment

Disneyland celebrated its 20th anniversary wonderfully, with a beautiful fireworks display.

Choosing a Tier 1 entry day meant the longest queue was only 40 minutes, which was great. Tickets purchased through Traveloka allow you to use the QR code received in your email to enter the park directly; no need to print it out. If you're buying for multiple people, you can easily share the QR code with friends. It was very convenient and hassle-free for entry. However, there's a bit of a queue before entering the park. Many of the rides here are suitable for children. The food isn't very good, so bringing your own water bottle to fill up with plain water will save you a lot on water costs.
