Very good experience, 100% must try if traveling to Nha Trang.

Great. Lovely staff.

We booked in advance but when we arrived, it was still fully booked and we had to change to the VIP package. However, the VIP package is very private, has a private tub and a private space that is quite comfortable, chill, the staff take care so I think we should try the VIP package.

the redemption was fast and easy (the email of ticket from i resort might be gone to spam, so check your spam box). the warm spring water pool were relaxing, mud bath was quite special

Quite ok, 8 people went for mud bath and herbal bath which was very good. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic, and polite. Especially the dining area. Staff 100 points

After booking the ticket, Bich's staff did not send the ticket with QR code. I called for 2 consecutive days but they did not answer. When I checked in, I had to wait for the resort to contact me and wait for Bich to send the code, which took a lot of time.

Terrible experience we had to pay again when we got there because we never received a voucher from I resort and when they called Traveloka and gave me the phone to try and rectify the situation I I couldn’t understand the lady and she hung up on me. Don’t use Traveloka for this!

Book online but when presenting the ticket, have to wait for Traveloka staff to check and send the ticket manually. The procedure takes longer than going to the place to buy the ticket directly.

The process between Traveloka and I resort is cumbersome and takes a lot of customers' time. After receiving the confirmation code from Traveloka, you still have to receive Ms. Ngoc Bich's ticket code via email to enter the resort. Meanwhile, I did not receive any email. When I got there, the resort staff gave Ms. Bich's phone number to contact and get the code?! And Ms. Bich's subscription could not be contacted. Only when I responded to the staff did the staff find a way to contact another Traveloka staff to find Ms. Bich. After contacting to report the information, you have to wait longer for the ticket code to be sent, spending 30 minutes standing outside. So why is it necessary to buy tickets online in advance?

The staff in the mud bath area are not friendly, the instructions are directive the bath water is too hot the water park has few games, many restrictions (weight, height) so even less can play the space is large, many types of bathing: waterfall, lake, ...

It's worth experiencing. If you go as a family, it's suitable for you to bring your parents along and enjoy a happy time together

The day I went, I bought a combo of 2 tana chrysanthemums for 4 adults and 1 child. The plastic bag I brought to hold wet items was accidentally torn. I asked the restaurant many times for a plastic bag but no one gave it to me and they were very upset. The combo included watermelon juice, but my family wanted to drink more iced tea so I asked the waiter if there was iced tea, he replied: There is no iced tea here. My family bought it, not asked for iced tea, but you answered like that without knowing what was going on. Meanwhile, the other tables were still selling iced tea as usual, which made my family very upset. The attitude of the restaurant staff was very bad and needed to be improved. In return, the staff in the mud bath and herbal bath area were very enthusiastic, so they were able to salvage a little bit of my family's goodwill.

It was OK. Nice spot to get way from the city for a while. Nice bath tube and pool. Just a bit pricy and overpromise for a "combo" package.
