First time here 3 years ago and this year back here again. And quite surprised also many significant changes more enjoyable. Cleanliness is always maintained and the staff is very helpful.

Booking via traveloka has a separate counter at Lembang park zoo. The staff are spread across many locations and are very informative. The area is also clean, there are several resting and sheltering spots along the track. For parents who bring small children, the path is stroller friendly, and there is a kind of electric bicycle for rent at the beginning before entering the park zoo area that can be used to get around the area. The information board/directions are informative although sometimes a bit confusing, but the staff are always ready to be asked and are informative and friendly. Bathroom areas are also found in several spots in the park zoo area. It is better to visit in sunny weather.

first time here, I like the place, it's clean, the bathroom smells clean, it's nice.. the mosque is also clean.. it's recommended to play here, the ticket price is cheap, you can go to the animal village, then you can ride the carousel for free, and then they give you a drink too... it's worth it.. the place is also comfortable.

There have been many changes, the last time I was here the elephant village wasn't finished yet and there wasn't an animal village either. Now the animals are more complete. The ticket exchange process is easy.

walking through well maintain zoo is a good experience. animals look active and healthy living in a well made habitats and environment. definitely will go back again in the future.

The entrance fee is very affordable and there are a lot of animals, the track is also very stroller friendly. Although it's hot but the wind is cool hahaha. Next time I will come here again soon, because yesterday I came in the afternoon so I was in a hurry and didn't have time to visit all the animals and ride the bus hehe.
