Hopefully the animals are cared for and cared for well. (ps. the snow owl seems to be hot, when I was there it was crowded, and the room was a bit stuffy. For a short escape but still in the city, it's worth it. It's better than dealing with traffic jams outside the city. It's very cozy and clean. The animal area is also clean. Kids can also explore freely because the area is very safe for children and there are many officers on duty. So parents can also relax, especially in the main park and botanical garden.

Because I chose the entrance ticket and cat lounge combo, the service was top-notch from the cleaners, security guards, ticket attendants, and animal keepers. Never thought that the variant animals cam be so diversity. I thought its a small zoo so only small animal collection but no my daughter has a blast experience there. Touching animal feeding them whatch the show love it so much

It's so much fun playing with the cute cats at the Cat Lounge. There are lots of active cats. It's a great place to come with family or friends. You can also have a picnic in the main garden. At night, the view is super beautiful because of the tall buildings and city lights, plus the atmosphere is cool. It's really comfortable to spend time chatting. I even bought a cake and can request a birthday greeting too.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The food at Saola is delicious and worth the price. The area is well-maintained (it's just that the animal park area smells, probably because of the cages). I really like the nursery room because it's clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. I suggest holding frequent ticket promotions because I think the price is quite good.
