Buying tickets on the day and exchanging them was very easy... it's just that I bought a package including a meal voucher but I didn't know how to redeem it so I couldn't use it... it's a shame even though there was food inside.

It's fun and all the rides can be used, except for the water world which is temporarily closed.

As always, RWS never failed, very recommended for family holiday, especially during special season.

the amusement good but the visitors lack of disciplines ie.using smart phone which distract other visitor

Too crowded, many visitors (may be, it was in Holiday season)... Waiting time in range 50 - 100 minutes. If using express pass also queue but the time less than normal tickets... Have to come more than 1 day to play all attractions... Happy holiday...

As always, every time I go to Universal Studios, I'm amazed by all the rides. The staff are all very friendly, though you might need to be patient when waiting in line for each ride. Overall, I was very satisfied and happy. 👌

many rides faced technical issues when we visited on 18 Dec 2025. queued till our turn to hear announcements saying theres technical issues and won't know how long it would take to resume.. rather disappointing.

USS tip: Arrive early and queue up for the games. Once you're done playing, browse the souvenirs at the end.

The pass is quite helpful for skipping the queue. The rides are fun with clear instructions. I don't quite understand how the wristbands work. The live attractions need to be more creative.
