So great for me and my family

I bought a Splash Mania buy 1 free 1 ticket, but the free ticket couldn’t be redeemed. I called customer service (CS), and they said they would issue a new ticket. After half an hour, I still didn’t receive it, so I called again, and they assured me they would send it, but I still haven’t received anything. When I called again, they promised a refund, but I haven’t received any email confirmation yet. The staff here said many customers are facing the same issue as me. They ended up buying new tickets. This is really bad, Traveloka!

Both Splash Mania are a scam! Bought a Buy 1 Free 1 ticket, but when we arrived, the counter couldn’t recognize the ticket and told us to call Traveloka. After waiting over an hour, Traveloka’s customer service suddenly claimed the ticket was only for 1 adult! Are you kidding me?! If you can’t honor the promo, don’t advertise it! This is false advertising and a total waste of time. I demand a full refund for this mess. Fix your system and stop misleading customers!
