The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Too crowded, the staff does not control the number of visitors coming in and out, just letting them in leads to congestion, moving to wherever they want and not being able to freely visit! The combo tickets are not close to each other, very far apart, for example the Forest area and the Fantasy area, difficult to move back and forth if accompanied by children or the elderly, especially at noon it is impossible to move to the two areas together because it is too sunny and far away.

Purchasing tickets on the app is fast, no need to queue at the location counter, e-tickets can be used directly to enter the rides.

Great combo! Loved the Jurassic World setup in Cloud Forest. Flower Dome at night was beautifully lit. National Orchid Garden was a lovely bonus—totally worth it!

An interesting destination, there are many things for you to explore and take pictures. The Flower Dome area has many strange and well-maintained flowers. The Cloud Forest has many surprises. Experience them all. The scenery outside by the river is also very beautiful. The road from Marina By Sands leading to Garden by the bay is also very impressive. Don't miss the sound and light show at 7:45 and 8:45 on weekends. It's great.

Visiting the Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was amazed by the breathtaking beauty of the indoor waterfall—one of the tallest in the world. The cool, misty air created the perfect atmosphere, making it feel like a real mountain forest.

Nice and cool, but quite crowded on weekends, so it's best to come in the morning or on a weekday. The flower rides are more for photos, so they're less engaging, but there's a restaurant inside. The cloud forest has a much wider variety of plants and requires a tour to see the full details.

Buying tickets and entering is simple and convenient. Even though it was a weekday, it was still quite crowded. The area is very large but lacks signs. Clean, friendly staff.

My suggestion for Garden Bay is to take the shuttle bus, as it's a long walk. It'll cost $3 round trip. Luckily, my Disney Flora trip was very close to Marina Bay, so I went straight there on my way home.
