Buying Trans Studio tickets on Traveloka was quite easy. However, when checking in at Trans Studio, the queues were incredibly long, both for those who purchased offline and those who already had tickets. Everyone queued for an average of 1.5 hours from the 10:00 AM opening time, only entering around 11:20 AM. The rides closed at 5:00 PM. Favorite rides like Racing Car only had four cars operating, many of which were damaged and lying around the track. The queues were incredibly long, lasting 1.5 to 2 hours for just one ride. Ultimately, people were wasting their time just waiting in line. There was inadequate information regarding show times and showtimes, so many people missed out.

The ticket exchange process is long, the system needs to be improved. More facilities should be added to the rides

So far: Fun experience, safe for kids, queues are still reasonable, however, room for improvement: - The restrooms near the dragon are very poor in terms of cleanliness and amenities. - There should be an audio announcement to inform people about watching the show. - Food is already sold out after 3pm. - Photo printing is very expensive. - Another world is too short. - The Children's World area with the carousel closes very quickly, smells of cigarettes, and is a bit stuffy. - Several rides are closed.

ALL WAS GREAT! WE HAD SO MUCH FUN. But, there should be a different counter for redeeming tickets from the app and those who buy directly. Yesterday, just to redeem, I had to wait a long time because I was queuing with people who had just ordered there, plus I brought a group of people and they were still asking about the type of ticket. So the experience of buying tickets from the app didn't feel like there was any benefit.

The queue for entrance tickets is a bit long because it takes a long time to process the tickets, that's all, otherwise it's OK

It was great and fun, I got a discount and it wasn't a holiday so it was pretty quiet. There weren't many people talking about it, but it was okay.
