The staff is really helpful in giving information about rides or places that we are confused about, they are really the best.

It was very good and not too crowded when I went there.

As always the arena is clean. I had so much fun, if you can add rides dongs 😊

It's so much fun, even though there are a lot of kids on the study tour, it's still so much fun!

It's so much fun, if there are 1-2 rides that are under maintenance but it's still fun! There are toilets, prayer rooms (and separated for men and women). All the staff are nice, friendly, and very helpful. I never get tired of going there, I want to go again.

It's not too crowded, there are quite a lot of rides, but unfortunately at that time some rides were undergoing maintenance. In the science center, there were also many tools that didn't work. For the other rides, it was okay, it was fun.

A fun place to spend time, either alone or together. Spacious indoor play area, lots of choices, clean and always cool. To come here, it is better to come right at 10.00 am. Because there is a special parade performed by all staff and talents from Trans Studio Bandung.

Some rides have a long waiting time, perhaps due to a lack of facilities.

The queue for VVIP was so long, it took 1 hour. And the most disappointing thing was that the Racing Coaster ride was under repair 😭

the theater show is exciting, very entertaining. the rides are also safe, exciting. but the rides for children under 5 years old are less than satisfactory.

It's really fun here 100/10, none of the rides are really bad.

The kids were happy, really liked it. Went there during the TSM crew's opening ceremony. Came home at the end of the hour.
