My first experience at Trans Snow World Surabaya was truly memorable, especially since I purchased tickets through the app, eliminating the long queues. The service at Trans Snow World Surabaya was friendly, kind, fast, and responsive. The place is spacious, clean, and pleasant. The only drawback was the lack of a women's restroom, perhaps due to the large number of visitors, which meant they didn't have time to check on cleanliness. Overall, it was good.
