You should buy your tickets 15 minutes in advance, otherwise you'll have a long wait to exchange them. The fish looks very old, like it's been there for 30 years.

The viewing areas are limited and not very diverse. The ticket counter/exchange area should open before 9 am, not just when people start watching, as it takes time. At least the ticket purchase/exchange point should be open half an hour beforehand.

The kids loved it. The place was easy to find and not complicated. Restrooms and parking were convenient. Buying online was significantly cheaper than walking in, but you'll have to wait in line for a while to pick up your tickets at the venue.

The ticket seller seemed grumpy the whole time. The place looked old, cramped, and very small. The entrance fee was 250 baht per person; that's enough to spend at Bang Saen for three people! Bang Saen is much better, cooler and more comfortable.
