The food and the cruise is amazing. 8 out of 10

There were no clear instructions on where to exchange stickers and tickets.. I was assisted by local residents who were not staff. There were no standby staff to provide information.. When I arrived at the exchange place, I didn't know which counter was there because there were no instructions, so I had to ask at each desk.

Booked the tickets for my family (4 people). The ticket redemption is quick and we enjoy the whole experience.

From up and down the cruise, I was really satisfied, especially with the cool cabaret...even more satisfied👍

The cruise is one of the best you can get in Thailand. Great service and food.

I purchase 5 tickets for 5 of us, spent almost. $350 U.S dollars. I thought that our party will have a wonderful time and enjoy the show and dinner on the cruise ship. It was because our flight was delayed, we arrived to Bangkok late, and so much hassle for dealing with traffic and also we got lost to find the place. By the time, we got to the warehouse where the meeting point, the ship just left us. I called the office and explained what was happening to us. I also requested to reschedule the show so we could attend the show on the next day. unfortunately, I got a denied and even they did not give us any refund or partial refund. The company had no mercy or accommodate us since we laced to unexpected situation. I hope the higher manager could understand any situation could happen to customer. We wasted our money for nothing.

The cruise is clean. The food is good. The show is entertaining. Everything is perfect.

Great experience; the food was good, and the signer did a great job entertaining the crowd during the dinner. The show at Calypso was also good, but I have seen better.

Worthed to have the cruise dinning experience bundle with calypso show. Food wise need to be improve, however still acceptable. For seats need to be confirmed ahead when its crowded seasons and suggest to get the seats confirmation beforehand.
