The therapist is very rude, too strong even though I have repeatedly said it's normal because I don't like strong massages. But it seems that they are ignored or indeed can't reduce the power. My body and back got red and swollen, until 3 days after the massage. The bathroom is dirty, there are former guest scrubs that have not been cleaned when I want to take a shower. Water is also dead and alive. The therapist often leaves the room for a few minutes. The massage time does not match what is booked. It really doesn't match the reviews I read in the review column.
