I'm not quite sure what the SOP is but I was hoping to get my hair checked first. They didn't offer it or anything until I asked. Although the explanation was helpful, I was already not feeling it bc of the lack of hospitality. Treatment done, I walked out of the salon to have lunch, suddenly the cashier call-spammed my number saying that the blow dry service wasn't included in the voucher I bought. First things first, they didn't let me know when I was in the salon. When I walked out of the salon, they didn't say anything about unpaid bills. It was weird and a little unpleasant for me. Initially I was going to buy the package treatment, but after all that, I'm going to hold it for now.
