Already booked 1 day prior to arrival (the day and time of arrival has been informed very clearly), arriving at the destination he said he could only enter 3 which is 1 more person waiting. But when I was 15 minutes there was someone who climbed and massaged next to me but not my family member but someone else (my brother went up after 1 hour). I don't understand the "booking" procedure there. Please pay attention again to those who have booked please be very well managed.

I have booked 1 day before coming for 4 people and will come at 5 pm (it is very clear) when I get there the therapist is lacking so I have to wait about 1 hour for 1 more person, when 3 people ride in the massage about 15 minutes there is 1 person riding massaged (I'm confused why it was not my group that was given a ride by one more person but instead given to others). The schedule setting in BEN is so bad it can't set the schedule correctly.

Hmmm it's a bit disappointed actually writing 90 minutes but only massaged for 75 minutes, just the massage is pretty good

I was massaged by mas Juli. Had him the last time too. It’s always good. But I started a bit later than my reservation time and finished on time, so I didn’t have full 90 mins experience. The lounge chair is comfy as always, but the last time I was there, the staff were a bit noisy, so I had my earphones on.

The therapist was not as expected

Tempatnya bagus, cmn dari reseptionisnya kurang ramah, masseur nya juga rasanya masih kurang. Dan terlebih lg jamnya. Pake yg 90 mins, nettnya cm 80 mins

Random massage, small place, ambience not that good

Kalo pesan di traveloka tidak bisa dengan therapist yg bernama Bu Tatik... Bisa dicatat itu... Saya sudah pernah ke Ben ini dan kemudian kunjungan kali ini saya telepon untuk booking therapist yg bernama bu tatik, dan katanya bisa untuk jam 5 sore. Tp setelah saya beli paket lewat traveloka, ga lama kemudian saya ditelepon, kalo mau therapist bu tatik tidak bisa karena lewat traveloka. Kecewa sekali... Kalo mau pilih pilih costumer mana yg bayar mahal, pasang tarif aja kalo begitu dan ga perlu join lewat traveloka.

Kami disuruh menunggu set jam it's ok. Pas saya tanya vouchernya mau diredeem sekarang atau nanti? Katanya nanti aja sampai selesai sengaja saya duduk di sofa dan saya bilang "mba voucher saya gak diredeem nih?" Dengan santainya tanpa nengok si kasir bilang "kan sudah diredeem bu" saya bilang lagi "yakin? Oke deh jangan salahin saya ya kalau nanti saya bisa kesini lagi" dan buru-buru dia langsung cek, hadeh. Pijitannya kurang enak karena yg mijat sudah lelah mungkin jd saya yg kurang puas banget

Tempat nya oke nyaman bersih terapis nya juga ramah-ramah. servisnya oke lah mantap
