Professional therapist and very good massage. The place is also comfortable and calming.

In the traveloka application there is a slot time so that it should facilitate customers for reservations. But unfortunately the time slot is very useless so I have to wait longer while the apps listed don't need a reservation. Disappointed by hours of reservation and communication that is not fast and responsive between traveloka and Nest reflection. Hopefully in the future better.

New to the 4th time to Nest & always booking from Traveloka, first came delicious (different from what I used to go). The 2 & 3 therapists are the same but different from the first and I enjoy, the different methods of massage (better than the first & the massage style turns out to be a lot) even though I always order Javanese. Maybe the first one is a bit reluctant. The 4 times the therapist is still only a little less max, hopefully it will be better in the future. Only 1 bathroom must be queued if you want to take a shower. The room is hot because of the AC sharing, if you want VIP in the room there is 30k / person ac

One of the best place to relax so far in Gading Serpong. The therapist really great, the place really clean neat but a bit noisy because we can easily hear when people talk a bit loud but overall, I had a great time here and will come again next time.
