Kevin cut my hair. It matched perfectly with the style I had. Even though he only showed me a sample photo, he was really good at getting it right. It's rare to find a stylist who can truly follow the client's wishes, sometimes adding their own "taste" when it's not necessary. But Kevin always asks me first. Top! 👍🏻 And the person who washed my hair was also really good. When washing it, he didn't just ask what shampoo I wanted, but also helped me check how my hair was. 👍🏻👍🏻 so the shampoo was just right. And he always made sure I was comfortable. 🫶🏻 The person who did my blowout was INCREDIBLE. Once I tried it on in my style, it really lasted all night. The room for reflexology combined with hairdresser or Salon. Noisy from the hairdryer etc. Normally reflexology room is silent, relaxing, the light warm not too bright. Reflexology only for legs and not available for head, arms and your back. This suit just for people doing hairdo.

Got a male therapist, good head massage. The power is right, not tight and not slow too. The sanitary is really good too. The seat dispray the sanitizer every time you want to sit down, the mask doesn't get wet too. Usually, if the creambath mask is always wet, not this time. The one that blows hair is really good. Neat and fluffy hair. Only the lack of a cashier is not informative. When I was asked again if there was a promo, the cashier didn't know that there was a promo from Traveloka. Then no info too if it turns out that the voucher doesn't include blow. So add 113 thousand lg for a variety blow or 98 thousand for a normal blow. So it's not really cheap

The health protocol is really OK during this pandemic, just when the voucher was redeemed, I was asked repeatedly by the staff and I waited for about 20 minutes to be served, even then because I sent the staff around and got angry. For head and body massage OK. Overall quite satisfying.
