being a customer loyal for Moz5.

We ordered a massage package including eye & ear care. A few days earlier I had made an appointment. During eye & ear care, the staff said that their products were out of stock. So we were given a voucher to make an appointment the next day. Who wants to come back just for eye & ear care?! We are very disappointed because Moz5's preparation to serve its customers is not good. If we come suddenly we can understand.

employee skills: I don't think so, especially when blowing hair cleanliness: really lacking in my opinion, because the towels smell so bad, honestly I feel sick when I put on a wet towel like it hasn't been washed place: less clean, dark and lots of mosquitoes price: too expensive for the treatment and facilities you get I'm sorry, I thought Moz5 was really good. I had time to think why the rating on Traveloka was only 8.7 even though it was good. When I feel it myself, I'm a bit disappointed... anyway, thank you for the service, the employees are really good, just the receptionist is a bit sloppy hehe

The service is decent, but the place is not comfortable, it smells a bit musty. Towels and cloth change a bit musty. Changing cloth is too big, given a hair clip to hold it in, but asking for hair clips again while still being treated. The hair clipper is a bit uneven but still acceptable. The hair spa is decent.

I frequent this salon, as it’s near my residence. But more than that, the staffs have a great manner and pretty skillful, and they use their own product, which is great!

The staffs were very friendly, the redeem process of the voucher was so easy, and the place was so convenient. It’s better to call the day before to make sure about the availability of the time and staff. I bought some of the products with very good price, which were 50% off. I also registered as a member and get so many vouchers in return. Also, since this month is my birthday I get 2 vouchers that I especially have to use in February. Thanks Moz Salon!
