before ordering, I had time to read several reviews that said the therapist's skills were unsatisfactory because they tended to be underpowered, so I was hesitant to order. but because the location happened to be close to my hotel, so I still made a reservation with not so high expectations. on arrival at the location the conditions tend to be quiet and there are no guests, weekdays at 4 o'clock. easy redeem process. the therapist I got was also quite powerful and good at massaging. all therapists wear masks. the room is not too big with 6 seats, which I assume if fully occupied it will feel a bit congested. Anyway, it's quite satisfying and the massage is relatively the same as the one in Jakarta.

The massage it's good. Came in end of Dec so it's a peak season, the masseuse keep on distracted by guest who came and asked around. There is no receptionist stand by so every phone call and every guest is handled by them. Our massage is paused a couple of time and I don't think we got a full 90 min massage.

Their therapist wasn't professional at all, my body fell ached after it...

My partner and I had a foot reflexology for 60". We both had different opinions about the experience, he had a great massage and thought that the pressure was strong and good while on the other hand, I don't really like strong massage and preferred a relaxing one. I kind of endure and occasionally showed an expression of pain due to the intense pressure from the therapist. Anyway the location is very strategic, good price tho plus get extra 29% discount from Traveloka, good deals!
