I should have given full rating if only the reception was nicer than what I experienced. His attitude really pissed me off, he refused to give me and my friend services that I already booked from the app and reconfirmed by phone twice, and said the receptionist who I talked to on the phone is having her break at that moment and he can't deliver a promise that his friend made just because the receptionist is having lunch break and un-contactable, which don't make sense to me. The check in process is actually most important to build the customer's mood. I was disappointed and eventho the massage was good, the first impression I got from the reception wasn't that good, affected the whole experience. Should have been better.
