When I arrived there were only 2 staff on duty and they were busy doing other things. So you have to wait even though you have made an appointment. Finally, after waiting 30 minutes, it was done at 3.40 pm and finished at 7.15 for the meni pedi treatment + gel nail polish. Too bad it's been a long time. After being confused, it turns out that the other staff are at home service. Until another customer came and had to wait more than 30 minutes, there was 1 hour.
When the other staff who had been home service arrived, they complained that they were tired and said they didn't want to work anymore! It's a bit impolite because I said it in front of the customer... I guess it was the management's fault, who confirmed the booking without looking at the conditions. Hopefully it can be fixed again in the future
