Kathy was very friendly in explaining what Ayurveda is, how the body mind and soul are a unity that must be balanced, the meditation that is recommended is also taught about green smoothies so that we are healthier. This is my first experience attending a live seminar/talk show of this type. and previously I wasn't a pro towards greens/organic food. but after hearing Kathy's explanation, I started to get used to it better. thanks kath

Kathy provides insightful learning during the session and she shares good recommendations as to what types of oil we can safely use on a daily basis. At the end of the session, she shared her secret recipe for a healthy breakfast. Overall, love the session so far

This online experience is beyond my expectation! Signing up to the class, I thought it would be a hippie type of class but I was interested to learn about healthy life and improve my quality of living. I was apparently not not correct! Out of all three sessions, I enjoyed the meditation session best! It was super relaxing and Kathy's voice was so soothing. And, I did not know that starting a healthy living is so simple!

This is probably one of the most unique classes/workshops that I have ever joined. I was skeptical at first because personally I am not into this nutritional healthy lifestyle. And when I saw that meditation was one part of the session - I hesitated. But my mind was changed after I joined this class. The meditation was definitely my favorite part. I can actually feel all my body connect and react to the peace - which I really needed. Kathy was an awesome host. She is super friendly and smiley and she makes different new concepts very easy to understand.
