The staff is very friendly, it's fun, and the songs are complete.

I encountered problems redeeming my voucher, even though it was redeemed within the specified timeframe (perhaps there was a system error on Traveloka, etc.). I couldn't upload photo evidence (it failed, after trying twice), but I do have video screenshots (but my personal information was visible—I didn't want to upload or share them). Fortunately, the KTV still allowed me to karaoke with a free room for two hours. The downside was that I couldn't get snacks or drinks because the Traveloka voucher couldn't be redeemed. The location is quite strategic, the place is clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the room is spacious, and the decor is nice. The downside is the song collection is not very comprehensive.

Very satisfied, great service. Ordered through the app. Other karaoke places usually treat you differently, but not here. The service is top-notch.
