Actually I bought the ticket for my parents. They said they really enjoyed the concert! The process was smooth from the beginning I bought the ticket, redemption and the concert itself. I really like it when the customer operations called me to remind me how to do the redemption. My parents loved it! Thank you, Traveloka!
