My booking cancelled suddenly makes my valuable holiday with family as nightmare!!!!!!!

Take a safe and pleasant cruise at night from Icon Siam and enjoy a relaxed sightseeing, especially if you still have to find your way.

The ship is beautiful, but the food selection is a bit limited.

My booking was cancelled suddenly either both by Traveloka nor White orchids, when I arrived at Thailand. It was so irritating, rude, and make my family holiday was a nightmare that we are planning to celebrate family dinner with very bad memories. I am definitely claim for immaterial lost of this incident while this is peak season, replacement was impossible to get from other service provider. I will tell this bad experience to my circle and to social media. Trust me your bad reputation will cost more ha what you did.

For food, it's a bit lacking. For the rest, it's okay.

Every time I go to Thailand, I always make time to eat here, it's the best.

The exchange process is very easy, just look for Pier 4 at the Siam icon, there is a sign for White Orchid. The food is varied, there are sashimi, fruit paste, and cakes. The food tastes standard, but the pasta is delicious. Free mineral water is also available. You get a cake for your birthday. Due to the weather, the 3rd floor deck is not open, but you can take photos. The entertainment on the ship is also fun, you can sing and dance together, and the most exciting thing is the ladyboy performance.

The experience wasn’t that good bc we couldn’t see the Wat Arun at night view. Also the foods aren’t that good, but still ok to eat

Free-flow beer. Salmon sashimi. The rest of the food was standard, but okay. The show included live music and dancing.
